Q-Fi - Notice history

We are happy to report that everything is back online and operation. However, we are still experiencing degraded services in the following areas:

1. System performance - the system is slightly slower, but we expect this to pick up and becoming even faster than before in the coming days.

2. Email services - email services are back online but we have kept access disabled for the time being while we conduct some additional testing and monitoring. We expected this to be fully online in the next 6 to 12 hours.

We are very sorry for the extended service interruptions and inconvenience this recent outage has caused.

We've implemented a fix that should have the system fully functional with a few minor issues still being addressed.

The main systems currently impacted are:

1. Email Deployment

2. Some images are not loading

3. Extraction is still partially down

We continue to dedicate all resources to address these issues and will have them resolved soon.

We will provide more details in a postmortem report in the coming days but as a quick summary this issue was due to some problems in our AWS system that caused failure in some of the services and devices we use.
